She answered all of my questions prior to my appointment and was extremely thorough regarding pre and post treatment care. All of the staff were very friendly and inviting. Ashley takes the time to understand your goals, evaluate your individual needs, and create a customized plan that works for your skin type and desired results. One thing I truly appreciate is that she never pushes products or unnecessary treatments. I’ve had such a great experience at this med spa! The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ve had Botox, filler, and laser treatments here, and the results have always looked natural and refreshed — never overdone. Ashley really takes the time to listen to your goals and explain everything thoroughly. The office is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Ashley and the Prima Bella staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to make personalized recommendations and thoroughly reviewed everything so I knew exactly what to expect from my treatment. I highly recommend the erbium laser treatment—it left my skin feeling rejuvenated and I see a very noticeable difference with the hyperpigmentation spots I was aiming to treat!
