I had a wonderful experience at Prima Bella Aesthetics for my recent CoolPeel laser treatment. Ashley is incredibly sweet & attentive, and the facility is stunning & impeccably clean. I’m so happy to have had the privilege of experiencing the work of this incredible team. I already see some improvement in scarring and uneven skin tone, and I’m excited to see my results continue to develop. Yousra gave me my first CO2 Deka laser treatment. I was so anxious before we started and she helped so much by explaining every step and answering all my questions with professionalism and confidence. She checked in with me several times throughout and let me lay with a cool rag on my face afterward. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations because of her and her calming presence. I am a committed client for life! I love the facility (THE cutest)  and how welcoming and engaging everyone is. I have to have extreme trust and confidence to allow someone to perform these procedures on me. I won't go to anyone else but Ashley and Yousra for any type of cosmetic procedure. Ashley is the best! She is super knowledgeable regarding all services that she offers. She answered all of my questions prior to my appointment and was extremely thorough regarding pre and post treatment care. All of the staff were very friendly and inviting. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and heard. Ashley takes the time to understand your goals, evaluate your individual needs, and create a customized plan that works for your skin type and desired results.

I’ve had such a great experience at this med spa! The staff is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’ve had Botox, filler, and laser treatments here, and the results have always looked natural and refreshed — never overdone. Ashley really takes the time to listen to your goals and explain everything thoroughly. The office is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Ashley and the Prima Bella staff are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to make personalized recommendations and thoroughly reviewed everything so I knew exactly what to expect from my treatment. I highly recommend the erbium laser treatment—it left my skin feeling rejuvenated and I see a very noticeable difference with the hyperpigmentation spots I was aiming to treat!
